The design narrative for this Art Cafe creates a cultural hub that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. We focused on blurring the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors by designing a semi-open "Art Pavilion" that utilizes raw, pallet-style furniture and stone landscaping to create a relaxed, bohemian al fresco experience. The architectural language is defined by rustic textures, featuring white-painted brick walls that serve as a neutral gallery canvas for photography and artwork. To add character and play with natural light, we incorporated terracotta jali screens and geometric wooden fenestration, anchored by a striking deep blue entrance door that creates a bold focal point against the rustic white facade.
