For this dual-purpose retail and studio space, the design philosophy centered on a "raw industrial" aesthetic that celebrates material honesty. We utilized a monochromatic shell of exposed concrete walls and flooring to create a moody, neutral canvas that allows the creative work and products to stand out. To counterbalance the inherent coolness of the grey palette, we introduced significant warmth through substantial wooden furniture, including a large communal worktable and vintage-style cabinetry. The look is tied together with sleek black metal accents in the pendant lighting and mirrors, resulting in a workspace that fosters collaboration while maintaining a sophisticated, edgy atmosphere.
